Zoe has been in charge of managing the trademark docket for our company over the past two years. She currently manages 15 marks for us - making sure that all of the trademark maintenance stays up to date. Zoe is so helpful. A few years back I tried filing a trademark myself, only to receive an office action that I was unable to respond to. At the time she assisted in responding to the office action and overcame a likelihood of confusion refusal, which I hear is tough to do.
