Mr. Tuttle represents owners, developers, REITS, and designers in commercial and high-end residential real estate and construction transactions and litigation. Mr. Tuttle has successfully negotiated and arranged for comprehensive and complex contracts in connection with the acquisition, leasing, development and renovation of small and large-scale residential and commercial developments. Mr. Tuttle is an experienced litigator, with an established track record of successfully representing individual and institutional clients.
Prior to founding Tuttle Yick llp, Mr. Tuttle was a Partner at one of the most prestigious construction law practices in the country. Mr. Tuttle comes from a long line of highly distinguished real estate designers and developers, including Frederick Law Olmsted. Mr. Tuttle was also selected as a SuperLawyer in 2013.
