Overview
Alexandria Castaldo joined Phillips & Angley as an associate in September 2017. In January 2023, Alexandria became one of the shareholders of Phillips & Angley. Alexandria is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Her areas of practice are Zoning, Land Use and Real Estate Litigation. Alexandria has trial experience in the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, including jury-waived cases in the Superior Court, Land Court and Housing Court. Alexandria also has practiced before municipal zoning boards, planning boards, conservation commissions and boards of selectmen, and have represented persons in zoning and subdivision appeals in the Land Court and Superior Court.
Alexandria is the presently one of the co-chairs of the New Lawyers Section of the Real Estate Bar Association (“REBA”). She has appeared as a panelist for various webinar and in-person events for REBA, and has moderated a number of panel events and programs hosted by the New Layers Section of REBA.
Alexandria received her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2017. She was a staff member of the Suffolk University Law Review from 2015 to 2016, and was the Associate Production Editor from 2016 to 2017. Alexandria received her B.A. from Lafayette College in 2014.
