Currently, An holds leadership positions in several nationwide complex legal actions. She was appointed to the law & briefing committee by the Plaintiffs' Executive Committee in the multidistrict litigation In re: Allergan Biocell Textured Breast Implant Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2921, she is a member of the Plaintiffs' Executive Committee for In re Google RTB Privacy Litigation, 20-cv-02155, and she is a member of the Plaintiffs' litigation team for Calhoun, et al. v. Google, LLC, 20-cv-05146.

Prior to joining Simmons Hanly Conroy, An worked as a senior appellate court attorney with the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, where she researched and analyzed complex legal and procedural issues for appellate justices and completed confidential reports. Prior to that, she was a senior attorney with the New York City Administration for Children's Services (ACS), where she litigated complex child abuse and neglect cases, and managed and trained junior attorneys.

In 2005, An graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in history with a minor in political science from The Ohio State University. She graduated cum laude from the New York Law School with her J.D degree in 2009. While in law school, she served as review editor for the school's Global Human Rights Bulletin. An became a member of the New York State bar in 2010 and is currently a member of the New York City Bar Association, New York Women's Bar Association, Asian American Bar Association of New York and the Federal Bar Association.
