Overview
Andrew A. Arcuri is a 1986 graduate of Pace Law School. Mr. Arcuri joined Kelly, Luglio & Arcuri, LLP as an associate in April 1987 and became a partner in August 1990. Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, Mr. Arcuri's areas of practice include personal injury, insurance defense, commercial transactions, insurance disputes, landlord/tenant proceedings and other civil matters. His background in construction provides him with practical experience that is crucial to the successful prosecution of workplace injury cases. Mr. Arcuri is also admitted to the federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Arcuri has been a member of the Board of Education in the BayShore School District since 2004. As a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, he provided free legal services to family members seeking compensation from the 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund. Mr. Arcuri is also a member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training and runs annual marathons to raise money for the organization. He and his family are also frequent lectors at Ss. Cyrils and Methodius Catholic Church in Deer Park.
