Andrew Frisenda graduated from Purchase College in 2003 with a double major in Philosophy and American History. At Purchase he also studied Political Science, Journalism and Literature in depth with some of the finest academics in the field. Mr. Frisenda then received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2009. During law school he concentrated on Constitutional Law with a focus on Legal Theory and Jurisprudence. Since beginning his legal career with Bashian P.C. in 2010, Andrew has focused on Trust & Estate Litigation, Corporate Litigation, Estate Planning and Administration, Guardianships, Legal Malpractice and Negligence matters. It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
