Andy began mediating in 1996 and during that time has mediated and arbitrated over 4,000 cases including multi-million dollar personal injury lawsuits, commercial and business disputes, oil and gas litigation, professional malpractice, labor discrimination, probate and will contests, municipal, securities and corporate partnership matters. He is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and has been named to the Texas Monthly "Super Lawyer" list for ADR neutrals in 2006-2008, 2010-2012. He is also licensed to practice law in New Mexico and is a member of the State of New Mexico ADR Committee. Andy is available to mediate throughout Texas including the Rio Grande Valley area (McAllen/Edinburg, Brownville/Harlingen) Laredo, Victoria, San Antonio and Houston. He has served as Special Master by Appointment in local State District Court discovery disputes and previously served as Chairman of both the City of Corpus Christi Civil Service Board and Civil Service Commission. He is also a past President of the Corpus Christi Bar Association.
