With more than two decades of experience as an attorney, Andrew has distinguished himself as a versatile and passionate litigator, concentrating his practice in areas including: complex commercial litigation and business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes; real estate litigation; fraudulent conveyance/alter ego and successor liability claims. He has mounted a vigorous defense of students who have faced suspension or expulsion from some of the country's best known colleges and universities.
