Attorney Papcsy practices exclusively in family law litigation, including but not limited to divorce, separation, alimony, child support and custody modifications, termination of parental rights matters, restraining order, third party visitation, premarital agreements and relocation cases at Papcsy Janosov Roche Trial Lawyers. She also frequently serves as a Court appointed Guardian Ad Litem and as an attorney for minor children involved in high conflict divorce, child custody and relocation disputes. She has been appointed as a Special Master in the New Haven and Milford Superior Courts.
Attorney Papcsy received her B.S. degree, from Bloomsburg University and received her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law. While in law school, Attorney Papcsy was a Dean's Scholarship recipient, and a Sappern Fellow. Attorney Papcsy is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the New Haven County Bar Association and the Fairfield County Regional Association.
