Rockford Personal Injury Lawyer
Overview
Anthony R. Fabiano has been engaged in the general practice of law for more than 50 years in Rockford, Illinois. He represented the school teachers in the first segregation case filed in the federal court in Rockford; news reporters when they went on strike in 1971 and shut down the Rockford newspapers for several weeks; persons who suffered serious injuries in auto, train and other accidents. He prepared wills, probated estates and represented persons charged with crime.
Tony is the father of two daughters and a son, and all are lawyers; it's a family of lawyers. Janon practiced law with her father for three years and then took a position as an appellate lawyer with the Illinois Attorney General in Chicago. Lisa worked for the federal judge in Rockford for three years and then joined her father and brother Tom in the practice of law. Lisa and Tom represented persons who had suffered serious personal injuries that were caused by another's careless behavior. In 2008, Lisa was elected a Circuit judge for Winnebago and Boone Counties and she is very happy working as a judge. I miss Janon and Lisa very much, but they had to do their own thing and I am very happy for them.
In 1996 Tom became a partner in Fabiano Law offices. Tom represents persons who have suffered serious personal injuries caused by the negligence or wrongful behavior of another. Tom does all of the trial work, and Tony does most of every thing else.
Tony has been married for 52 years to Marisa Fabiano who was born and raised in Beloit, Wisconsin. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and then secured a job at the main Public Library in Rockford.
