Since joining Carlin & Ward, Mr. Usvyat has conducted extensive research and contributed greatly to briefs and motions on many of the firm's significant cases including, but not limited to, Zion Lutheran Church v. City of Garfield, Docket No. BER-L-0886-18, Malanga v. Township of West Orange, Appeal No. A-4036-18T3, and the successfully plead claim of inverse condemnation in Carolan v. Township of Long Beach, Docket No. OCN-L-3379-14.
