Mr. Blonien has worked on a variety of appellate cases, including cases before the Supreme Court at the petition and merits stages. He focuses on agency review cases, and has worked on appellate matters involving decisions from the Environmental Protection Agency, the Federal Communications Commission, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Mr. Blonien also has significant experience in antitrust law, and has worked on a number of civil actions involving claims of monopolization and price-fixing. He has coordinated with economics experts and provided client counseling on economics and antitrust issues. Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Blonien clerked for the Honorable Milton I.
