Save your money and find a real Criminal Defense, or use the Public Defender. This guy does nothing but show up and tell you to take a terrible plea deal. He prepares no strategy and doesn't even discuss the case or evidence with the client. He was told in the beginning that we didn't want to use the First Offender Plea...yet, he forced this situation on day of court. He did zero work building a defense.

Mr Moody, is the absolutely the BEST attorney in Georgia! He has represented my husband in Henry County also Douglas County!! Everytime we have ever used him he was phenomenal! He rules the courtroom! You will not find a better attorney! He actually cares about his clients not just about their money! You will not go wrong!
