Before starting a practice of his own, Brian worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Portage County Ohio. During his employment with the Portage County Public Defender's office, Brian made a name for himself by putting his own freedom at risk in order to defend his client's rights. When ordered by the court to proceed to trial after a mere two hours preparation, Brian declined to begin the trial because he did not want to sacrifice the client's right to effective assistance of counsel and a fair trial. Consequently, Brian was found in contempt of court and was immediately arrested. The case garnered national attention. The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) honored Brian for his actions with a President's Commendation for Outstanding Service to the goal's and objectives of the NACDL.
Unlike many other law firms, Brian handles all of his cases personally. Brian provides clients with his mobile number and will return calls promptly. Brian does his own investigation of each case. This means that he is intimately aware of all the details of each case. This enables him to negotiate better deals and defend clients more effectively in court. It also means that Brian has lower costs, because he does not charge you more to pay for additional researchers or attorneys.
Brian is available at any time to answer questions or just to listen. Attorneys are often called counselors. Brian really takes this term to heart. Brian cares about his clients and their overall well-being, not just the outcome of their case. The Law Office is Brian's main priority. He is devoted to providing outstanding legal services for an incomparable value. Brian wants all of his clients to feel like they received an extremely valuable service for their money.

- False Allegations In Sexual Assault Cases, You are Innocent Unless Proven Guilty, ©2019 by Brian Jones, Esq. Speakeasy Publishing Oakland Gardens, NY, ISBN: 978-1-951149-01-7, 2019
More than any others, sexual assault cases go to trial. We assert every single Constitutional right our client has. Should the prosecutor not acknowledge what's coming at them, they are going to experience it first hand in the courtroom.
