Mrs. Carol Casey graduated from Gonzaga University in 1985 and from the Seattle University School of Law in 1988 (formerly known as the the University of Puget Sound School of Law).
Mrs. Casey was admitted to practice law in Washington State in 1988. She has been practicing Workers’ Compensation law since that time.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Casey regularly represents injured workers in front of the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals (BIIA), litigation in Superior Court and Washington State’s Court of Appeals, Supreme Court, as well as Federal Court.
