Overview
Casey Dennis focuses her practice on defending clients accused of negligence in a wide variety of personal injury litigation before courts and arbitrators across Texas, with an emphasis on cases involving non-subscriber workplace injury claims. She also helps clients resolve litigation concerning medical malpractice, vehicular accidents, premises liability, products liability, Dram Shop claims and wrongful death.
While attending law school, Casey participated in the Tulane Arbitration Moot Court Competition, where she gained firsthand experience in complex legal issues and client representation. Casey also had the opportunity to intern as a law clerk for the United States Air Force JAG office at the Dover Air Force Base.
Additionally, Casey served as a graduate research assistant for Dean Danielle Conaway and Professor Stanley Brand at Penn State Dickinson School of Law developing sharp and accurate research skills. She also served as the Student Bar Association Student Representative for 1L, 2L and 3L year and as the co-founder and vice-president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society during her last two years of school. Casey served in several other roles in student organizations including the Women's Law Caucus, Intellectual Property Society and as a student admissions representative.
Casey loves to spend time with family, friends and enjoys physical fitness, sports events, and spending time with her Standard Poodle Bucky.
