Casey Nash is a consumer law attorney who has practiced exclusively in the field of consumer protection for her entire legal career. She represents clients in Virginia and Washington, D.C. on a variety of matters, including credit reporting, inaccurate or misleading employment background reports, abusive debt collection practices, mortgage servicing, predatory lending, and TCPA issues.
Casey has significant litigation experience, including over 250 federal cases and dozens of complex, class-action cases. She has consistently been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine. She has also taught and trained lawyers and legal aid organizations on consumer protection laws.
Casey received her undergraduate degree from George Mason University in 2008 with a major in Government and International Politics and a minor in French Language and Literature. During her time at George Mason, she also completed a study abroad program at the Catholic Institute of Paris. She graduated from The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law in 2012. During her law school career, she worked for several civil litigation firms and served as a law clerk for a judge at the Office of Administrative Hearings in Washington, D.C.
Casey lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and Great Dane, Reagan.
