She routinely represents clients before administrative agencies and in Montana state and federal courts. In addition to her sucessful litigation practice, Cherche regularly provides advice and counsel to clients on employment, commercial, contract, and construction-related matters. Cherche received her undergraduate degree from the University of Montana (with honors) in 1990 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado in 1995. In addition to her experience in private practice, Cherche also clerked for the Montana Supreme Court (1995-1997) and worked for the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland (2000-2001). Cherche has been in private practice for over fifteen years.
