New York Litigating Claims Lawyer
Overview
Chris is an associate at Levy Konigsberg where he represents victims of child sexual abuse. His practice is focused on litigating claims brought under the Child Victims Act in New York State.
Prior to joining Levy Konigsberg, Chris worked as a prosecutor in Philadelphia, Broome County, and Nassau County where he was a member of the Special Victims Unit in these offices, including serving as unit chief in Broome County. He has personally tried a large number of cases in multiple jurisdictions, and his ability to connect with victims and to investigate their cases has helped him secure guilty verdicts in complex jury trials involving expert witnesses, child homicide, and child sexual/physical abuse. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Also, during law school, Chris was a certified legal intern at the Philadelphia and Montgomery County District Attorney's Offices, where he gained valuable experience trying cases. Prior to law school, at Binghamton University, Chris earned membership to Phi Beta Kappa when he graduated with a double major of History, and Philosophy, Politics, and Law, and a minor in Italian.
Chris is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. He grew up on Long Island, where he resides now with his wife, son, and rescue dog. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
