Christopher G. Jessop is a native of Ogden, Utah. Chris graduated from Brigham Young University in 1996 with a B.A. in music (cum laude and with university honors). While attending the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Chris got a job at a local title company and developed a passion for resolving title and other real estate disputes. Chris graduated with a J.D. in 1999. In addition to being a member of the Utah State Bar, Chris is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, and the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
Chris was hired as an associate at the firm in June 1999, and was named as a shareholder in 2006. Chris practices primarily in the areas of title insurance defense, commercial and residential leasing, construction liens, contracts, conveyancing, commercial litigation and collections.
Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany, and their five children. He also enjoys collecting and listening to classical music, cycling (road), producing home movies, reading, hiking, and exploring state and national parks.
