1.5 out of 5 stars

I felt my case could have been handled with better expertise, half way through my case I felt my lawyer lost interest and wanted to help the DA , I have a severe disability and tywman told me they had prisons that could take care of me, which was a lie, they couldn't get me out of there fast enough, I'm 61 a first offender and should have got probation, but the DA and my lawyer was set on a negotiated plea for prison, now im stuck in a nursing home instead of being with my family who could take care of me but instead the tax payers of GA are stuck paying thousands a month for my care. Tywman never brought up my handicap, never ask my Drs advice on any of my medical issues..I told him for a year I was innocent of the second charge, it could have been easily proved in court but he wasn't interested. I am very disheartened with mr Twyman because I felt he was the best and I really liked him...what I learned is the DA and lawyers in Rome butter each others bread..was I guilty of a charge yes and I've learned my lesson but probation could have taught me the same lesson without separating me from my loved ones in my old age...would I reccomend this attorney, regretfully I am forced to say NO.. I paid a lot of money and could have got the same results or better from a court appointed attorney..Thank you
