Rastetter is an associate at Sivin, Miller & Roche, LLP, joining the firm in October of 2020. Clyde graduated summa cum laude from Columbia University in 2015 with a B.A. in English and Comparative Literature and then worked as a paralegal for two years at the New York civil rights firm Lansner & Kubitschek, which focuses its practice area on cases arising out of the child welfare system and unconstitutional actions by the NYC Administration for Children's Services and its foster care agencies, seeking both damages and systematic changes. Clyde then attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, graduating magna cum laude with a J.D. in 2020 and earning election to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Clyde spent a year as a clinic intern at The Innocence Project, where he assisted in representing clients who had been wrongfully convicted and were seeking post-conviction DNA testing, and also worked closely with Innocence Project co-founder Barry Scheck providing research and editorial assistance on his preface to the forty-eighth edition of the Georgetown Law Journal's Annual Review of Criminal Procedure, "The Integrity of Our Convictions: Holding Stakeholders Accountable in an Era of Criminal Justice Reform," 48 Geo. L.J. Ann. Rev. Crim. Proc. (2019). Clyde also spent a summer at the nationally-recognized civil rights firm Neufeld Scheck & Brustin, LLP, working on litigation on behalf of wrongfully convicted individuals after exoneration, and served as a full-time student law clerk during his penultimate semester for District Judge Gregory H.
