Mr. Kennedy was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 2005 and to the Missouri Bar in 2006. After graduating law school, he served for a year and a half as research attorney to the Honorable Nancy L. Caplinger on the Kansas Court of Appeals. He then joined the firm of Stinson, Morrison, Hecker LLP, where he spent three years gaining extensive experience in litigating a variety of business matters. His experience in business litigation encompasses all stages of a case, from defending or prosecuting lawsuits to achieving favorable rulings on appeal. In March 2010, Mr. Kennedy joined Gates, Shields and Ferguson, PA, where he continues to effectively represent business clients in all stages of litigation. While he still utilizes his experience in business litigation to represent business clients in a variety of disputes, he also successfully applies his experience in pursuing plaintiffs' products liability and general negligence claims.
