Cynthia Trevino - San Antonio, TX

Overview

Cynthia Trevino joined the firm in April 2014. Ms. Trevino has over five years of municipal experience. As a former city secretary, she brings a unique skill set focused on practical solutions based on an understanding of the challenges local governments deal with. She provides general legal support in the firm’s City Attorney/General Council practice areas, including open meetings, public information and records retention compliance. Ms. Trevino earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M San Antonio. She received her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University in May 2013. During law school she won the 1st Year Moot Court Competition, was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Fraternity and was a research fellow for the Center for Terrorism Law, where she assisted in defending military personnel wrongly accused of violating the rules of engagement. She received her license to practice in the State of Texas in November 2013.
