Previously, Damien was a litigator with Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, and an Assistant Prosecutor in the Felony Division of the Licking County Prosecutor's Office. Damien also had the privilege of serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Roger Kline of Ohio's Fourth District Court of Appeals.
