Following his graduation from law school, the law firm Weatherford Thompson hired Mr. Rayfield. His practice initially focused on general civil litigation but quickly shifted towards representing individuals with Oregon personal injury claims.
In 2009, Mr. Rayfield was offered a position at Nelson & MacNeil PC, and in 2013 he became a partner with the firm.
