Daniel graduated from The Appalachian School of Law Magna Cum Laude and in the top 5% of his graduating class. Before law school, Daniel graduated from the University of West Georgia with a B.A. in Philosophy.
In law school, Daniel was the Executive Editor of the Appalachian Natural Resources Law Journal and the Chair of the Moot Court Executive Board. Daniel was a law clerk at the Street Law Firm, LLP where he drafted and revised appellate briefs to the Virginia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Virginia.
