In that time, Mr. Sheldon has distinguished himself as one of the premier trial lawyers practicing complex personal injury law in Southern California. Mr. Sheldon has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts throughout the State of California. Mr. Sheldon's experience includes litigation and trial of complex personal injury lawsuits, including construction accidents, product liability claims, trucking accidents, bicycle accidents, insurance "bad-faith" claims, and employment discrimination cases.
Mr. Sheldon has personally handled hundreds of cases in his career and brings a wealth of knowledge of the laws, procedures, and intricacies necessary to win a complex civil case. Mr. Sheldon graduated from the University of San Diego where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science in 1990. He obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Whittier College School of Law in May 1993 and was admitted to the practice of law that year.
Mr. Sheldon is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates ("ABOTA"), the premier lawyer's organization in the United States. Admission to ABOTA is only available to lawyers who have extensive trial experience. Mr. Sheldon has also been recognized as a "Superlawyer" on multiple occasions.
