Overview
Daniel M. Flynn joined Michael D. Flynn & Associates in 2004. He is a 1997 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, University Park , earning a Bachelor of Science in Spanish. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Duquesne University Law School in 2000.
Mr. Flynn served as a law clerk to the Honorable Emil E. Narick, Senior Judge of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. While serving as Judge Narick's law clerk, Mr. Flynn assisted Judge Narick in the administration of the Commonwealth Court 's newly created mediation program. The main purpose of this program was to assist parties in reaching a resolution of their own accord without having the Court enter a binding decision upon the parties.
After serving his clerkship for the Honorable Emil E. Narick, Daniel Flynn joined the law firm of Karlowitz & Cromer, P.C. as an associate attorney where he gained experience in trial and appellate litigation. Mr. Flynn joined our practice in 2004, where he focuses his practice on estate planning, estate administration, family law, and the general practice of law.
Mr. Flynn is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, The United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
Mr. Flynn has served as President of the Bethel Park Police Meritorious Awards Association since 2010, which Association is designed to recognize members of the Bethel Park Police Force for meritorious service.
