Orlando Personal Injury Lawyer
Overview
David Moffett has practiced law in Florida since 1981. He has broad experience in most areas of the law, but he focuses his practice on wrongful death and personal injury matters. He has conducted jury trials throughout Florida and limits his practice to the representation of individuals and families injured by the carelessness of others. When a fair resolution cannot be obtained voluntarily, he is proud to represent his clients in trial before a judge and jury when necessary.
Mr. Moffett understands what it means to suffer the loss of a loved one or to sustain a bodily injury and lose the ability to do the things one used to enjoy, all because of the negligence of another. He is willing to fight to recover compensation for what was taken from his client. As your lawyer, he will pursue the responsible parties and go to trial against the powerful.
Mr. Moffett is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law- the highest level of recognition by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of an attorney who practices in the area of civil trial law. He is also rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell- the preeminent national publication in the legal field. According to Martindale-Hubbell, "This rating is based upon evaluations by other lawyers and is the highest ranking attainable by an attorney for ability and ethics in the practice of law. It is a distinction reserved for a select few in the legal community."
Mr. Moffett would be honored to assist you and is available for a consultation in person or on the phone. If you would like to contact Mr. Moffett, he can be reached via the contact information listed below.
