Town and Country Insurance Lawyer
Overview
David has lived in the St. Louis area most of his life. He went to grade school, junior high and high school in St. Louis County and went to law school at Washington University in St. Louis.
Since he graduated from law school in 1990, Dave has spent his career in the courtroom. Dave has always represented parties in "civil litigation," a particular area of the law dealing with lawsuits where people are hurt in some way, either physically and emotionally (like a car accident) or monetarily (like a lawsuit involving two businesses). In fact, he has published several articles in legal journals, and taught seminars on litigation and insurance law, to share his experience with other lawyers. This experience comes from trying over eighty cases to verdict in front of a jury.
