David Morgan was born in Wichita in 1957, and has lived here almost his entire life. His family lived here and his father was a Family Practice Doctor. He attended Goddard schools and Kansas State University, and finished at Arizona State University-the 25th ranked law school in the US.
He finished with a degree in Economics, magna cum laude. He has practiced in Wichita since 1982, and has been involved in many areas of the law. He has amassed significant courtroom experience with Jury and Bench trials in both State and Federal Court and numerous domestic-related trials. He has also been involved in many appeals.
