A South Jersey native, Mr. Sideman graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. He attended law school at Rutgers University - Camden and graduated in 2006.
Mr. Sideman is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Sideman concentrates his practice in the areas of Landlord/Tenant Law, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Defense.
Before signing on with Ehrlich, Petriello, Gudin & Plaza, Mr. Sideman served as a legal practice intern and then as a volunteer attorney for the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender and as the managing associate for a small firm in Jersey City, where he practiced criminal defense, DWI and other municipal court matters, as well as matrimonial law.
