After being mobilized as a Reservist in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2003, Dawn moved to San Antonio where she believed that in starting her own practice, she could be more effective helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In September 2003, Dawn founded the Laubach Law Office.
