"After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelors degree and Florida State University with a law degree Derrick Isaac began his legal career at Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc. providing free legal representation in a wide range of civil litigation matters to those who could not afford the assistance of an attorney. After six years of providing legal representation to low income individuals Mr. Isaac moved to a local personal injury firm and expanded his, work for the people, to include assisting clients who had been injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip falls, dog bites, negligent security matters, etc.
Since joining Morgan and Morgan Mr. Isaac's work in representing those that have been injured in a motor vehicle accident continues.
Mr. Isaac is a member of the Florida Bar, US District Court Middle District of Florida, Florida Middle District Bankruptcy Court, the Lee County Bar Association, and the Florida Justice Association.
Mr. Isaac currently serves of the Board of Directors for IMAG and has previously served on the City of Fort Myers Planning Board, and in the Calusa Inns of Court."
