In addition to his usual role as counsel to individuals and small businesses, Mr. Fraser has also served as counsel to numerous public entities, as counsel to planning and zoning boards, as a municipal prosecutor, public defender, as counsel to a county utilities authority, as well as to Fortune 500 companies and defending major insurance companies.
He is a member of the Union County and NJ State Bar Associations, a former barrister of the Worrall Mountain Inn of Court and has served in a variety of civic and charitable organizations.
