Donald Paul has extensive experience representing hospitals and physicians in the defense of medical malpractice claims, including successful representation in jury trials seeking damages for wrongful death or catastrophic injury. Mr. Paul has defended manufacturers of numerous products alleged to have failed and caused harm, or death, including automotive axles, electronic switches, farm equipment, chemical fungicides, food products, contraceptive devices, and pharmaceutical products. Mr. Paul has represented both condemning authorities and landowners in significant eminent domain cases, including cases which have gone to jury trial in the circuit courts.
