Eileen has been a member of the legal profession for over 25 years. She began working at the Firm more than 10 years ago and became a Partner in 2016. Eileen enjoys writing and she is constantly sharpening her skills as a writer - whether it is drafting legal memoranda or participating in local poetry slams. She has extensive experience litigating in the State and Federal Courts of NY and CT, as well as before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and other local Human Rights commissions. Eileen has a background in business and takes great pride representing both employees and employers with respect to labor and employment claims, in addition to negotiating business disputes and other commercial matters.
