Mr. Tarrash also served as the Board's Executive Vice President. Furthermore, Mr. Tarrash won runner up Best Oralist at the Burton D. Wechsler First Amendment Moot Court Competition and was a finalist in the Frank A. Schreck Gaming Law Moot Court Competition.
