I am the attorney that other attorneys turn to when the case and issue prove difficult – in almost any area. Generally, my practice involves business transaction analysis and, if necessary, trial and appellate litigation. My work involves contract formation and enforcement, employment issues, tax assistance and controversies, computer law, commercial debt collection, professional licensure assistance, real estate contracts and disputes, oil and gas issues, environmental law, criminal appeals and probate and guardianship matters. I have an American Indian law component to my practice that involves gaming, economic development and Tribal government law.
Prior to entering the legal profession, I was a computer programmer for various companies in the Oklahoma City area, including the Oklahoma Supreme Court, Dobson Communications Corporation and Star Building Systems. During law school, I was honored to be a student law clerk for the Honorable Justice Ralph Hodges of the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
