Mr. Kirschenbaum attended the University of Delaware, earning a Bachelor of Arts in political science. From there, he graduated from Brooklyn Law School. During law school, Mr. Kirschenbaum began focusing on the area of workers' rights. He did a 10-week fellowship at the Major League Baseball Players Association working on labor law issues, contracts, and intellectual property issues. He obtained a prestigious Peggy Browning Fund Fellowship, and also won the Cali Award for a Collective Bargaining Workshop.
