Henry Schwartz, Esq., was born and raised in New York and attended Brown University where he majored in English Literature and graduated with Bachelor of Arts degree in 1987. He received his legal education at the New York University School of Law graduating with his Juris Doctorate in 1990. After graduation, Mr. Schwartz became associated with the defense firm founded by Anthony Schiavetti. For the next five years, he defended physicians in complex medical malpractice litigation. Thereafter, Mr. Schwartz left the defense field briefly so that he could learn the skills of a prosecutor. While associated with the Law Offices of Sybil Shainwald, Esq., Mr. Schwartz prosecuted pharmaceutical and medical malpractice cases on behalf the grievously injured. During this same period of time, Mr. Schwartz founded The Law Offices of Henry Schwartz, Esq., which has grown in reputation. Since its founding in 1995, the firm has been dedicated to its clients and their just cause. While Mr. Schwartz has prosecuted a select number of high profile cases on behalf of plaintiffs over his 25 years in practice, today The Law Offices of Henry Schwartz is fully committed to insurance defense on behalf of hundreds of individual insureds.
