Howard L. Bolter is a Minnesota State Bar Association Certified Labor and Employment Specialist who focuses exclusively in employment law, including all forms of discrimination and harassment in the work place. With 33+ years of experience, Howard has also honed his skills related to employee benefits (such as short-and long-term disability claims) as well as many other employer-employee issues. Howard is dedicated to representing his clients through tumultuous situations-always keeping a strategic mindset and optimistic outlook. His staunch client advocacy combined with 33+ years of experience makes Howard a seasoned veteran in the field of employment law.
Howard has given back to the community by establishing two Pro Bono programs for the MSBA Labor and Employment Section in conjunction with Volunteer Lawyers Network and the Minnesota State Law Library as well as being an original member of the committee charged with creating the Labor and Employment Specialist Certification for the MSBA.
Mr. Bolter is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States and argued a case before the U.S. Supreme Court, Raygor v. Regents of the University of Minnesota, 534 U.S. 533 (2002).
