During the course of almost ten years as an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Basso was involved in the investigation, preparation, and the prosecution of various crimes which included attempted murder, armed home invasions, economic crimes and drug possession cases.
Since joining FKSFPC , Mr. Basso has focused his practice on the defense of civil matter representing healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes and community health centers. He is involved in all aspects of medical malpractice and civil defense litigation from inception of lawsuits through the discovery process including depositions, motions and court proceedings to case resolution.
