Bart has focused his career on real estate and land use law and has broad experience in all aspects of real estate and development work. His transactional experience includes complex mixed-use condominium projects and planned communities, office space and retail leasing with national brand-name tenants, acquisition and development for projects of all sizes, representation of both borrowers and lenders in financing transactions and representation of buyers and sellers of high-end residences in Colorado's resort areas. His land use experience includes representation of clients before the governing bodies of many of the local governments in the Denver Metro Area and the resort areas of Aspen, Vail, Telluride, Crested Butte, Breckenridge and Winter Park.
