Overview
Jared M. Lerner is an attorney in Morgan & Morgan's Orlando office. Mr. Lerner was born and raised in New Jersey, and moved to Orlando, Florida, in 2011 to attend the University of Central Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2014. He continued his studies at the University of Baltimore School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2017 with a concentration in Litigation and Advocacy. Mr. Lerner's love for "The City Beautiful" brought him back to Orlando, a city that has truly been his home away from home.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Lerner served the community as a prosecutor at the State Attorney's Office for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where he was first-chair for several jury trials in Orange and Osceola Counties. He then continued his legal career working for one of Florida's premier insurance defense firms, focusing his practice on the defense of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, dog bites and animal attacks, and various other premises liability cases. Mr. Lerner now uses this valuable experience and insight in the pursuit of justice for the people of Central Florida who have been victimized by the actions of others.
