Jason Green attending and graduated from Morehouse College-alma mater of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Upon finishing college, he decided to become an Attorney and received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. While enrolled, he was President of the Black Law Students Association, a member of the Moot Court Team, and ultimately, coach of one of the Moot Court teams.

Upon completion of his legal studies, Jason Green began his practice of law in Athens, Georgia with the preeminent law firm in that area helmed by legal greats such as a former president of the Georgia State Bar and the attorney for whom the State Bar of Georgia's professionalism award is named. As a young lawyer, he was graciously given an opportunity that most lawyers go their entire career without being afforded-to assist in the trial of a Death Penalty case.

When Jason and his family relocated to the Atlanta area, he entered the world of felony prosecution where he spent many years representing and protecting the most vulnerable amongst us-those who would be victims of violent crimes. He embarked upon a career in prosecution with the Fulton County D.A.'s office. He rapidly progressed and distinguished himself there and before long he was promoted to a special attorney in the Crimes Against Women and Children Unit. Ultimately, Jason was made a member of eight (8) attorneys comprising the Major Case Unit-responsible for investigating, charging, and prosecuting all of the homicide and high-profile cases in Fulton County. The quality of his work was recognized by District Attorney Paul Howard with the presentation of the Trial Attorney of the Year Award. In time, Jason joined both the Dekalb County and Clayton County District Attorney's offices prosecuting high-profile, media and murder cases including the successful prosecution for the slaying of a Sheriff's Deputy killed in the line of duty.

After leaving the intense, dangerous world of felony prosecution, Jason was recruited to represent one of the nation's largest insurance companies in their defense of injury claims. While that time allowed him to gain a wealth of insight into the approaches and tactics of these corporate giants, he came to the realization that it was not consistent with his years and years of fighting for the victims-for the people. It was then that he decided to bring his considerable experience back to representing those injured due to the fault of others.

Jason is the proud husband to a wife who is a career law-enforcement officer. They are blessed to be parents to three wonderful children. When he is not busy with the practice of law, school, or extracurricular activities, Jason Green likes to give back to the community through a number of different organizations and efforts. He has served as a high school mock trial coach, helped found a non-profit mentoring group, and given his time and insight on many community and youth panels and programs.
