Mr. Scott is a partner of Osborne, Helman, Scott, Knisely & Stanton, LLP. Mr. Scott also advises settlors, trustees, protectors, and asset holders in high value disputes related to international trusts and asset protection structures. Additionally, Mr. Scott represents charitable organizations in a wide variety of controversies and mediates disputes involving trust, estate, and guardianship issues. Mr. Scott is a frequent speaker on fiduciary litigation topics both at home and abroad.
