Jason Schneider is the managing partner of Schneider Hammers. A 1984 graduate of Emory Law School, he began his legal career working in large Atlanta law firms representing insurance companies in motor vehicle accident injury claims, grocery stores in premises liability claims and pharmaceutical manufacturers for death and catastrophic injuries resulting from defective drugs. During this time, he gained valuable experience which is now used by his firm in the prosecution of these cases on behalf of those injured by the negligence of others. Jason and his firm only represent personal injury victims. He has tried over 100 cases to verdict and settled thousands of cases netting millions of dollars for injured persons and their loved ones. These successes have earned him the respect of his adversaries and the gratitude of his many satisfied clients.
Jason has an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell, the industry leader in law firm rankings. AV Preeminent is a significant rating accomplishment which can only be earned by a lawyer's peers ranking him at the highest level of professional excellence. He is a lifetime member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum whose membership is limited to trial lawyers who have won million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of their clients. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.
While at Emory, Jason was active in its mock trial program and he continues to serve as a volunteer coach and judge in high school, college and law school competitions. He has been a guest speaker to civic and church groups on law related topics. He has mentored many young lawyers and participated in the State Bar of Georgia's educational programs for new lawyers. He is a proud member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers' Association which fights for injury victim's rights through legislation and community awareness programs.
