Metairie Longshore Act, Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, Defense Base Act Lawyer
Overview
I have worked with the Brewster Law Firm since graduating from Loyola Law School in 2012. My practice deals almost exclusively with representing injury workers in stevedoring, shipbuilding and ship-repair, and the offshore oil industry. I additionally represent numerous injured contractors for United States government working abroad. I handle general maritime claims and personal injury claims as well.
Throughout my practice, I have tried numerous cases before Office of Administrative Law Judges. I have also litigated multiple appeals before the Benefits Review Board and United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. I teach the Longshore Act Skills Course to students at Loyola Law School. I have presented Continuing Legal Educations seminars to other attorneys. I am a member of the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group, the Joint DOL Bar Association, and the St. Thomas More Inn of Court.
When not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my wife and sailing.
